In order to strengthen and enhance our team in the Business Unit Offshore, we are looking for a

Business Development Manager M/F

located in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam (alternatively in La Rochelle/France), who shares our passion for individual solutions and continuous technological progress. IMECA is the REEL brand name for offshore activities.

Your Tasks:
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director in France, you will be responsible for the business development of the activity and the networking worldwide.

Working as a business developer, you propose and deploy a commercial strategy and propose our complex customized solutions. To this end you are able to identify and analyze new markets, prospect new customers, and develop the existing customer portfolio.

You are in charge of the complex contractual proposals and their negotiation. You maintain good interpersonal and trustworthy relationships with the clients and prospects and convince with proactive relationship management skills and operational support.

Your Profile:
With an engineering background (general or mechanical) you have a relevant experience in sales of complex industry projects in an international setting (offshore would be an advantage). You have a high degree of communication skills in English to ensure the daily contact with the international clients.

Your interest in technology and major projects, your leadership and your ability to work as part of a team will allow you to succeed your missions and succeed within the group. For this position with an international scope regularly travels have to be expected.
